Meet the Artists at Good Times Tattoo

One of the things I'm proudest of at Good Times is that we're not a studio full of artists all doing the same thing. Every one of us has our own style, our own way of working, and our own take on what makes a good tattoo. If you're trying to work out who's right for your idea, here's a proper introduction.

I'm Nikole, and I founded Good Times back in 2009. I've been tattooing since 1991, and while I still love a bold, traditional Japanese piece, my work these days ranges wider than that. A lot of what I do now is softer, Japanese and Chinese inspired imagery, mainly florals and animals, alongside the bolder Japanese work I've always been known for. Andy, also known as Wham Bam Tattoo, works in old school style. Think classic bold lines, solid colour and designs that are built to last decades without losing their shape. He's also got his own line of flash designs if you want something ready to go rather than a fully custom piece. Find him on Instagram @whambamtattoo.

Jodie Mae specialises in sketchy style illustration, mostly floral and animal work. Her linework has this loose, hand-drawn energy to it that suits anyone wanting something that feels more like a drawing than a traditional tattoo. See her work on Instagram @jodiemaetattoos.

Kamila Daisy works in bold folk style, known for flowers built from thick, strong black lines that are perfectly produced. She brings dotwork into her pieces too, layering in shade and texture that gives the work real depth. Follow her on Instagram @kamiladaisytattoo.

Piotrek Taton is our realism and surrealism specialist, working mainly in black and grey, alongside biomechanical designs. His work leans into detail and depth, portraits, dreamlike imagery, mechanical anatomy, anything that needs real technical precision to pull off. Oceane works in fine line and chicano style ladies, all delicate detail and classic imagery done with a real lightness of touch. You can see more of her work on Instagram @devils__work.
